右美托咪定与罗哌卡因利多卡因在义眼台植入术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨右美托咪定与罗哌卡因利多卡因在义眼台植入术中镇静镇痛的安全性及效果。方法:选择笔者医院行义眼台植入术的患者44例(44眼),术前15min静脉滴注右美托咪定(1.0μg/kg),10~15min滴注完毕,0.75%罗哌卡因利多卡因神经阻滞及局部麻醉,行改良义眼台植入术。结果:术中患者配合良好,术中及术后疼痛、结膜水肿及恶心呕吐症状均较轻。结论:右美托咪定与罗哌卡因利多卡因在义眼台植入术中能有效减轻术中及术后疼痛。Objective To explore the ocular efficary and ocular safery of application of dexmedetomidine and ropivacaine in ocular peosthesis implantation.Methods 44 cases(44 eyes)of artificial eye implantation patients in our hospital were selected.Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine at 15min before the operation(1.0μg/kg),and the liquid should be used up in 10-15min.Then used 0.75%ropivacaine and 2%lidolaine compound to achieve the effect of nerve block and local anesthesia.And then had the artificial eye implantation.Results The patients in the operation were well matched.Intraoperative and postoperative pain,conjunctival edema and nausea and vomiting were mild.Conclusion Application dexmedetomidine and ropivacaine in ocular were cooperative finished the surgery implantation can alleviate the pain during and after operation effectively.
