摘　　要：目的:观察CO_2点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素透皮给药技术治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法:选择30例面部痤疮瘢痕患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组15例。试验组CO_2点阵激光治疗后立即予以A型肉毒毒素外涂,共3d;对照组单纯采用CO_2点阵激光治疗。均治疗3个周期,每次治疗间隔1个月,治疗后随访6个月,统计治疗前后ECCA权重评分表和有效率。结果:试验组ECCA评分数值和有效率均优于对照组。结论:CO_2点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素透皮给药技术治疗面部痤疮瘢痕疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective Assessed the clinical safety and effectiveness of fractional ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with transdermal delivery of botulinum toxin A(BTX)in the treatment of acne scars.Methods 30 patients with acne scar from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=15)and control group(n=15).All the patients received 3 sessions of treatment at one month intervals.The observation group was treated by fractional ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with transdermal delivery of botulinum toxin A(BTX).The control group was only treated by fractional ultra-pulsed CO2 laser.The effect was evaluated using the ECCA grading scale before treatment and during clinic re-visit.Results The ECCA grading scale and the total effective rate of The observation group were significantly higher than those of The control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fractional ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with transdermal delivery of botulinum toxin A(BTX)in the treatment of acne scars can achieve good efficacy.
