复方药艾条对脾肾阳虚型肥胖症大鼠模型血脂影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方药艾条对脾肾阳虚型肥胖症大鼠模型血脂的影响。方法:将70只SD大鼠随机分为正常组(10只)、模型组(10只)、药艾组(25只)和清艾组(25只)。正常组给予普通饲料喂养,模型组、药艾组与清艾组采用中西医混合饲料喂养,时间均为2周。肥胖症模型造模成功后,模型组不予治疗,药艾组用复方药艾条灸,清艾组用清艾条灸,灸4周,观察并比较组间疗效。结果:治疗前,与正常组比较,模型组大鼠在体重、体长、Lee's指数、总胆固醇及甘油三酯含量上均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且大鼠一般状态变化较为明显,表明脾肾阳虚型肥胖症模型成功。治疗4周后,与模型组相比,药艾组在体重、体长、Lee's指数、总胆固醇及甘油三酯含量方面明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),清艾组相关指标变化较小。结论:复方药艾条对脾肾阳虚型肥胖症大鼠具有一定的治疗作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Compound acupine on obesity rats with deficiency of spleen and Kidney Yang.Methods 70 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(10),model group(10),Yaoai group(25)and Qingai group(25).The normal group was fed with common feed.The model group,Yaoai group and Qingai group were fed with mixed Chinese and Western medicine.The time was 2 weeks.After successful obesity modeling,The combination model group of drug Ai uses compound medicine moxibustion,and the Qing Ai group uses moxibustion with moxibustion,moxibustion for 4 weeks to observe the efficacy of the group.Results Before treatment,the body weight,body length,Lee's index,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group,with significant differences(P<0.01).The change was more obvious,indicating that the model of obesity of the spleen-kidney yang deficiency type was successful.After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the model group,the Yaoai group had a significant decrease in body weight,body length,Lee's index,total cholesterol and triglyceride content(P<0.05),and the changes in the related indicators of the Qingai group were small.Conclusion The compound drug moxa moxibustion has the therapeutic effect on the obesity rats with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.
