护理质量管理五级控制体系在整形美容门诊手术室管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理质量管理五级控制体系在整形美容门诊手术室管理中的应用效果。方法:随机选取笔者医院整形美容门诊2015年5月-2016年5月收治的整形美容手术患者42例,该阶段实施常规管理措施;2016年6月-2017年6月整形美容手术患者43例,该阶段实施护理质量管理五级控制体系。回顾性对比分析两阶段整形美容门诊手术室管理质量、患者满意度及护士行为评分。结果:实施护理质量管理五级控制体系后,整形美容门诊手术室管理质量、护士行为各项评分均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施护理质量管理五级控制体系后患者满意度为97.67%高于实施前的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于整形美容门诊手术室管理中开展护理质量管理五级控制体系可提升管理质量、患者满意度,提高护士行为评分,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of five-level control system of nursing quality management in operation room management of plastic surgery clinic.Methods 42 patients with plastic surgery admitted in our hospital cosmetic surgery clinics from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly selected,routine management measures in the outpatient operating room in this stage.43 patients with plastic surgery admitted in cosmetic surgery clinics from June 2016 to June 2017,the fivelevel control system of nursing quality management was carried out in this stage.Retrospectively analyzed and compared the management quality of outpatient operation room,patients'satisfaction and nurses'behavior scores of two stages.Results After implementing the five-level control system of nursing quality management,the management quality of operation room and the scores of nurses'behavior in plastic surgery outpatient clinic were better than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the five-level control system of nursing quality management,the patients'satisfaction rate was 97.67%higher than that before the implementation(76.19%,P<0.05).Conclusion The management of the operation room in the plastic and cosmetic outpatient department with five-level control system of nursing quality management can improve the management quality,patients'satisfaction and nurses'behavior scores,which is worth popularizing.
