摘  要:针对空间可展的金属带状簧片弯曲折叠时的弯矩和应变能响应,引进主次因素度分析、Sobol敏感性理论,对簧片的力学性能受自身几何参数影响进行了敏感性分析,并采用Isight软件的数值方法进行了结果验证.综合比较了几何参数对力学性能指标的影响程度,总结了主次因素度分析、Sobol敏感性理论和数值计算3种方法的优缺点.研究结果为指导实际簧片结构设计和参数优化设计提供了一定的参考和依据.Aiming at the moment and strain energy responses of deployable tape spring in the folding process,sensitivity analysis of mechanical attribute of the tape spring was carried out utilizing primary and secondary sequence method and Sobol sensitivity theory,and the results were verified by software Isight.Effects from geometric parameters on mechanical attribute were comprehensively compared,meanwhile,the sensitivities of mechanical attributes to geometric parameters were discussed and the merit and shortcoming of the methodologies were compared.This research provides the basis and reference for structural design and parametric optimization of tape spring.
