摘 要:基于电磁斥力机构的快速开关是直流断路器中的关键设备,其操动速度直接决定了直流断路器的动作时间。该文针对电磁斥力机构的参数匹配特性和优化设计方法展开研究。首先,通过将金属盘等效为单匝线圈对电磁斥力机构的仿真模型进行了简化;搭建了40.5 k V快速真空开关样机,基于样机试验验证了仿真模型的有效性。然后,基于简化后的仿真模型,将影响电磁斥力机构操动特性的多个变量凝练为3个与操动特性直接相关的特征参量,得到了电磁斥力机构的参数匹配规律并从解析角度给出了解释。最后,基于参数匹配规律,提出了电磁斥力机构参数设计原则,进而得到了一种快速而有效的电磁斥力机构参数优化设计方法。在满足快速开关设计要求的前提下,该设计方法可实现电磁力峰值最小和操动效率最高的综合优化目标,为快速开关向高电压及快速性方向发展奠定了基础。The ultra-fast mechanical switch driven by electromagnetic repulsion mechanism(ERM)is the key equipment in direct current circuit breaker(DCCB).This paper is focused on researches on the parameters matching of ERM and its optimal design.First,with the metal disk in ERM equivalent to a single-turn coil,the mathematical model of ERM based on equivalent circuit method is simplified.Experiments on the 40.5 kV ultra-fast vacuum switch prototype developed in the Lab.have been carried out,and the test results have shown that the simplified mathematical model of ERM is efficient.Then,based on the simplified mathematical model,the parameters matching characteristics are studied,and three independent parameters that have direct effects on drive characteristics of ERM have been extracted.In the end,by taking the reliability and the cost of ERM into consideration,parameters matching rules of EMR have been proposed,and a novel fast and effective optimal design method of ERM is developed in this paper.
