摘 要:当存在错误告警信息时,现有的电网故障诊断解析模型需要扩大变量维数以实现诊断,求解难度大且时效性低。对此,提出了一种电网故障诊断的分阶段解析模型。模型前一阶段分析不同预想故障元件对目标函数的影响,在此基础上综合保护动作关联和断路器动作关联两个方面建立元件的故障测度指标,实现可疑元件的快速筛选;后一阶段将保护和断路器的实际状态引入故障假说,建立反映保护系统的动作逻辑错误和信息通信错误的诊断目标函数,并通过离散粒子群算法进行求解,能够得到故障元件以及保护和断路器的实际状态。IEEE 39节点系统的多组算例仿真验证了所提模型的有效性和容错性,表明该方法在存在错误告警信息时仍能快速准确诊断故障元件,并对异常告警信息做出评价,具有较好的应用前景。The existing analytical models had to extern the variable dimension to consider the false alarms,thus they were difficult or time-consuming to be solved.To deal with this problem,a staged analytical model for power system fault diagnosis is proposed in this paper.In the first stage,the elements’influence on the objective function was analyzed,and the fault measurement index,which considers both the protection relation and the circuit breaker relation,was then established to filter the suspect elements.In the second stage,the actual states of the protection and the circuit breaker were introduced into the fault hypothesis,and an improved objective function was constructed combining both the logic errors and information errors.The discrete particle swarm optimization was used to solve the above optimization problem,and according to the best solution,the fault elements as well as the actual states of the relays and circuit breakers can be obtained.Finally,the effectiveness and fault-tolerance of the proposed method were verified by many complex fault scenarios of the IEEE 39-bus system,which shows that this method has good prospect,since it can estimate the fault elements and evaluate abnormal alarms quickly and accurately,even with many false alarms
