摘 要:建立了线性双折射对全光纤电流互感器(FOCT)测量性能影响的数学模型。该模型充分考虑光纤的固有线性双折射、弯致线性双折射和温致线性双折射,揭示了温度变化量、光纤弯曲半径及缠绕匝数是影响FOCT测量性能(包括准确度和灵敏度)的3个主要因素。具体表现为:温度变化量越大,FOCT的准确度和灵敏度越低;当光纤弯曲半径增大时,FOCT的准确度和灵敏度先减小后增大;光纤缠绕匝数越多,FOCT准确度越低,而灵敏度越高。基于上述理论分析,综合考虑FOCT的准确度和灵敏度,提出了具体的优化方法,并通过仿真对FOCT进行优化分析和计算。最后设计并搭建了FOCT实验平台,进行线性度、温度循环、准确度和灵敏度测试,并根据测试结果选取光纤最优弯曲半径和缠绕匝数,使其在温度波动时满足准确度和灵敏度要求。仿真与实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。Mathematical model of linear birefringence’s influence on fiber-optical current transformer was established,where intrinsic linear birefringence,linear birefringence caused by bending and linear birefringence caused by temperature was analyzed comprehensively.Temperature variation,fiber bending radius and fiber winding turns are three major factors which affect FOCT’s measurement performance in accuracy and sensitivity.The bigger the temperature variation is,the smaller the accuracy and sensitivity of FOCT will be.With the increase of fiber bending radius,the accuracy and sensitivity of FOCT decreases first and then becomes larger.As the fiber winding turns increase,the accuracy of FOCT is degraded and the sensitivity of FOCT is improved.Based on the theory analysis mentioned above,a concrete optimization method which takes both accuracy and sensitivity into consideration was proposed.Besides,optimization analysis and calculation are performed with simulation on FOCT.Finally,experiment platform of FOCT is designed and set up.Linear test,temperature cycling test,accuracy test and sensitivity test are performed.The optimal fiber bending radius and winding turns arewere selected,which satisfies the requirements of both accuracy and sensitivity during temperature fluctuation.Correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by the results of simulation and experiment.
