摘　　要：通过设计新的涨套快换结构和通用型的连接结构,能满足大范围直径内所有齿圈的快换快产,新工件只需制造涨套和支撑,不需制造整套夹具,极大节省了制造成本和制造周期,由于涨套上没有刚性螺栓连接,更换起来极为简便,不需拆卸本体和重复校准夹具,极大减少了换产时间和劳动强度。In this paper,a new quick-change type of elastic expansion sleeve and a universal connection structure are first creatively adopted in the design of the fixture for shaping gear ring,and fixture with this new structure can be used in a very wide diameter range of gear ring,it greatly reduce the cost and time for the manufacturing the fixture because there is no need to design the whole fixture but only new elastic expansion sleeve and holder for the new part.And it is very simple and quick to change the elastic ex-pansion sleeve for the new part because of no bolts linked with it,and it has no need to dismantle the whole fixture from table and no need to recalibration the runout of fixture body,so it greatly reduces the changing time and save the labor.
