摘  要:为了实现机床运行状态的数据采集和分析,设计了基于CompactRIO的机床状态检测与分析平台。数据采集模块将NI9516温度采集板卡和LabVIEW程序相结合解决了传统数控机床数据采集系统无法实时地采集数控机床温度信息的缺陷。运用LabVIEW编写的数据分析模块首先从采集到的信号中提取若干数据,其次运用格拉布斯准则剔除数据中的粗大误差,最后通过牛顿插值法拟合出相应的曲线,以反映温度的变化趋势。温度数据采集系统涵盖了硬件平台的搭建以及软件程序的编写,优化了人机界面,可以实时监测到机床工作区域运行状态的变化。In order to realize the data acquisition and analysis of the running status of the machine tool,a machine tool state detection and analysis platform based on CompactRIO was designed.The data acquisition module combines the NI 9516 temperature acquisition board and the LabVIEW program to solve the incomplete,real-time and accurate defect of the NC machine tool s temperature information collection.The data analysis module written by LabVIEW firstly extracts some data from the collected signals,then uses the comparison and rejection method to eliminate the coarse errors in the data,and finally fits the corresponding curve through the Newton interpolation method to reflect the changing trend of the temperature.This article covers the establishment of the hardware platform of the system and the preparation of the software program.A friendly man-machine interface is designed so that the user can view the temperature signal in the working area of the machine in real time conveniently.
