摘  要:通过单因素实验和正交试验设计,研究四个工艺参数(脉冲宽度、脉冲间距、峰值电流和走丝速度)对两个工艺指标(材料去除率和表面粗糙度)的影响规律。结合多量纲归一化法和加权平均法,通过极差分析对试验数据进行优化,确定各工艺参数对工艺指标影响的主次顺序,获得了线切割高速钢的最优工艺参数组合。对优化后的参数进行试验验证,结果表明:MRR比优化前提高了12.92%,R_a值比优化前减小了13.96%,验证了优化参数的合理性。此研究改善了线切割高速钢的加工性能,为后续科研实践提供可靠的理论依据。The influence of four parameters(pulse width,pulse spacing,peak current and wire speed)on two process indexes(MRR and R a)were studied by means of single factor experiment and orthogonal design.Combining with the method of multi-dimensional normalization and weighted mean,and the experimental data are optimized by range analysis.The primary and secondary order of the influence of each process parameters on the process indexes is determined.The optimum process parameters of wire cutting high speed steel are obtained.The experimental results show that the MRR is improved 12.92%and the R a is improved 13.96%compared with the optimized before parameters,and the rationality of the optimization parameters is verified.This study improves the processing performance of high-speed steel wire cutting,and provides a reliable theoretical basis for subsequent scientific research practice.
