摘　　要：推进城乡体育公共服务均等化,既是我国体育事业一贯的价值追求,亦是实现社会公平正义的时代要求。在新时代背景下,城乡体育公共服务的差异化、不均衡,与公民日益增长的体育健身需求的矛盾日益凸显。这种矛盾体现在:城乡体育公共服务制度差异化,公共财政投入二元化,资源配置非均等化。应完善城乡体育公共服务均等化发展的制度体系,建构城乡体育公共服务多元化投入机制,促进城乡公共体育资源一体化供给与配置,不断缩小城乡体育公共服务之间的发展差距,让城乡居民更加公平地分享体育公共服务。Promoting the equalization of urban and rural sports public service is not only the pursuit of value of China’s sports industry,but also the requirement of social equity and justice.In the context of the new era,the difference and imbalance of sports public service in urban and rural areas have become contradicted with the people’s growing demand for physical fitness,reflected in differences between the systems of urban and rural sports public service,in public finance,and in allocation of resources.To enjoy equal public sports service,countermeasures for perfecting the system of equalization of sports and public services in urban and rural areas and the construction of urban and rural sports public service investment mechanism,for the promotion of the integrated supply and allocation of public sports resources in urban and rural areas,and the narrowing of the gap between urban and rural sports public services are put forth.
