摘 要:我国作为能耗大户,其能源消耗量近年来呈现指数增长的趋势。工业炉窑由于其高能耗特点,一直受到相关学者与企业的高度重视。虽然近年来工业炉窑节能改造取得了显著成就,但相比国外而言,仍然存在起步较晚、发展缓慢等问题,直接或间接的影响着我国能源节约的进程。论文正是基于此背景,主要以工业炉窑节能为研究对象,并合理运用文献参阅法、逻辑分析法对如今工业炉窑的发展现状进行浅要分析,从而进一步探讨工业炉窑节能过程的关键技术与需要解决的重点难点,最后着重探究工业炉窑节能在线检测的方法。As a major energy consumer,China's energy consumption has shown an exponential growth trend in recent years.Due to its high energy consumption characteristics,industrial furnaces and kiln have been highly valued by relevant scholars and enterprises.Although the energy-saving transformation of industrial furnaces and kiln has made remarkable achievements in recent years,compared with foreign countries,there are still problems such as late start and slow development,which directly or indirectly affect the process of energy conservation in China.The paper is based on this background,mainly based on the energy saving of industrial furnaces and kiln,and rationally use the literature reference method and logic analysis method to analyze the current development status of industrial furnaces and kiln,so as to further explore the key to the energy saving process of industrial furnaces.The key points of technology and needs to be solved,and finally focus on the method of online detection of energy saving in industrial furnaces.
