摘　　要：传统的小城镇开发模式导致镇区城市化问题日益严重。本文以张家口市西合营镇为例,结合镇区水环境现状,引入海绵城市的建设理念,从水系统、道路系统、居住小区、绿地系统及管理手段几个层面提出小城镇海绵城市建设规划思路。The traditional small town development model has caused the urbanization problem in the township to become more and more serious.Taking Xiheying Town of Zhangjiakou City as an example,this paper introduces the construction concept of sponge city in combination with the current situation of water environment in towns,and proposes the planning idea of small city sponge city construction from several aspects of water system,road system,residential community,green space system and management methods.
