摘 要:拜耳法氧化铝生产中,分解中间降温是获取高分解率和完善析出晶体晶型结构的重要措施之一。文章针对广西某氧化铝厂分解槽卧式宽道换热器老化的问题,试用了立式宽通道板式换热器和螺旋板式换热器两种新型换热器,结果表明,与传统的卧式宽流板道式换热器相比,这两种新型换热器的降温效果更好,分解槽进出料温差均能达到2℃以上,实现了分解槽料的提前降温分解,增加了换热器设备选型的选择,对新型换热器的进一步推广应用具有积极意义。In the production process of aluminium oxide using Bayer method,the cooling of intermediate decomposition is one of the important measures to obtain high decomposition rate and perfect the crystal structure of precipitation.Aiming at the aging of the horizontal wide channel heat exchanger used in the decomposer of one of alumina plants in Guangxi,vertical wide channel heat exchanger and spiral-plate heat exchanger were used in the decomposer respectively.The results showed that compare to horizontal wide channel heat exchanger,they have better cooling effects and the temperature differences of in and out of materials over 2°C,which can accelerate the cooling of the materials in the composers.It provides more choices for the selection of heat exchanger and has a positive significance on the further popularization and application of new type heat exchangers.
