中西医结合治疗冠心病患者并发下呼吸道真菌感染28例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病并发下呼吸道真菌感染患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月到2018年1月冠心病并发下呼吸道真菌感染患者28例,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均14例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上联用参脉注射液及痰热清注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHE II评分)、两组患者的不良反应。结果:治疗后两组患者的中医症状积分、APACHE II评分水平明显降低(P<0.05),观察组患者在治疗过程中不良反应明显减少。结论:中西医结合可有效治疗下呼吸道真菌感染患者,能明显改善患者的症状和炎症反应,且无明显不良反应。The study aims to explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating lower respiratory tract fungal infection caused by coronary heart disease.28 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with lower respiratory tract fungal infection were selected from January 2017 to January 2018.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly.There were 14 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Shenmai injection and Tanreqing injection.The symptom scores,acute physiology and chronic health scores(APACHE II score)and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the TCM symptom score and APACHE II score of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions of the patients in the observation group decreased significantly during the treatment.It can be concluded that the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively treat the patients with lower respiratory tract fungal infection,and can significantly improve the symptoms and inflammatory reactions,and has no obvious adverse reactions.
