两种吸附剂对夏季牛舍中四种引发温室效应气体的吸附效果研究

摘　　要：通过使用两种成分组成有差异的球状固体分子筛吸附剂,在夏季牛舍进行了对引发温室效应的四种气体的吸附试验。对照组的通风扇口不放置吸附剂,两个试验组的通风扇口分别放置13X吸附剂和活性氧化铝吸附剂。通过便携式气体检测仪检测每小时对照组与试验组通风扇口各种气体浓度数据,以试验组和对照组的测值差,作为两种不同吸附剂的吸附浓度。结果表明,两种不同吸附剂吸附能力随着时间的增加而逐渐降低,13X吸附剂在第25h后需更换,活性氧化铝吸附剂在第29h后需更换。13X吸附剂和活性氧化铝吸附剂对牛舍中CH_4、CO_2、H_2S和NH_3四种气体都表现出了良好的吸附能力。Through comparison and screening,two kinds of spherical solid molecular sieve adsorbents with different components were used to conduct adsorption test on four kinds of greenhouse gas in the cowshed during the summer-hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide,ammonia and methane.A control group and two test groups that had the same initial conditions but in different treatment as the control group were set up respectively.The control group was a fan without adsorbent,and the test group was a ventilator for placing 13X with an activated alumina adsorbent,respectively.Through the portable gas detector,the gas concentration data at the ventilation fan mouth of the control group and the two test groups were detected respectively each hour.The concentration data of the two test groups were combined with that of the control group to obtain the difference which was the adsorption concentration of two kinds of different adsorbents.The actual measurement data was inserted into the equation to obtain the result.The trial was stopped when there was no difference in the four kinds of gas concentrations between the control group and the two test groups.The adsorption capacity of two kinds of different adsorbents decreased gradually as the time went by.The adsorption capacity of the active alumina adsorbent on the four kinds of gas was better than that of the 13X adsorbent.The 13X adsorbent was to be replaced after twenty-fourth hours,and the activated alumina adsorbent was to be replaced after twenty-eighth hours.In the 13X adsorbent and the activated alumina adsorbent,there was good adsorption ability for CH4,CO2,H2S and NH3 in the cowshed.
