摘　　要：准噶尔盆地环玛湖斜坡区三叠系百口泉组致密砂砾岩油藏,油气资源丰富,但是由于物性很差,常规直井、注水开发的模式难以有效地动用。借鉴美国和国内非常规油气开发的成功经验,结合玛湖本身的油藏地质特征,以地质-工程一体化理念为指导,优化完井方式和井身结构,开展井眼轨迹剖面设计与控制、高性能水基钻井液、砂砾岩储层个性化PDC钻头设计、薄油层长水平段地质导向、小井眼窄间隙固井等技术的攻关研究和试验,形成了玛湖致密砂砾岩油藏有效开发的水平井钻井配套技术,2015年以来共计完成50余口水平井,水平段长度突破2 000m、三维水平井扭方位90°、水平偏移距400m。水平井单井产量是前期试验水平井的3倍、直井的10倍,实现了低油价形势下玛湖致密砂砾岩油藏的有效开发,对我国西部类似地质条件的致密油气藏开发具有借鉴意义。Baikouquan formation in the slope of Mahu sag,Junggar basin is a set of fan-delta sandy conglomerate reservoirs,with abundant petroleum resources.However,for the Poor physical reservoir property,the oil reservoirs cannot be effectively exploited with the conventional water injection method,especially in the situation of low oil price.Referring to the successful experiences of tight oil and shale gas exploitation in North America and domestic area,and guided by the idea of integration of geology and engineering,the horizontal well completion method and casing program are optimally designed,and a series of matching techniques are researched and broken through,including design and control of borehole track profile,high performance water-based drilling fluid,PDC bit personalized design for sandy conglomerate formation,geosteering for long horizontal segment in thick oil layer,well cementing for slim hole with narrow gap.So,a set of horizontal well technology of drilling and completion is formed,and over thirty horizontal wells are completed since 2015,with the maximal horizontal segment over 2000 meter long,and with three-dimensional torsional orientation angel equal to ninety degree,horizontal offset over four hundred meter.Owing to the technological advance,the oil production per horizontal well is three times as much as the test horizontal wells before 2015,and ten times as much as vertical wells.As a result,tight sandy conglomerate reservoirs of Mahu sag are effectively exploited by horizontal technology in the situation of low oil price.Maybe,these successful practices will be used as a reference for tight oil and gas exploitation in China's western regions.
