摘 要:降低充气欠平衡钻井过程中的井壁失稳和储层损害具有重要的意义。从改进钾盐聚磺钻井液体系配方入手,优选成膜剂聚合醇(KTXB)、封堵剂(XY-1)和润湿反转剂(ZABT)加量,对改进后的钻井液进行流变性、封堵性和储层保护效果评价。研究结果表明,岩屑滚动回收率达到96.3%,对实验岩心的封堵率大于95%,储层损害率仅为19.3%,综合流变性能佳。该体系在东部油田4 920m^5 306m充气欠平衡钻井井段中进行了应用,顺利钻穿火成岩地层,投产后产油295m^3/d,产气1.5×10~4m^3/d,对充气欠平衡钻井钻井液优化具有一定的指导意义。It’s very important to decrease the wellbore instability and reservoir pollution during the under balanced drilling for deep well.In order to modify the Potassium Salt Polysulfonate Water-based Drilling Fluid,the film forming agent,block agent and reverse wetting agent have been selected.Meanwhile,the rheological property,sealing characteristics and reservoir protecting effect have been evaluated.The results show that the overall performance is very good.The cutting recovery ratio reaches to 96.3%and the Block off effect is more than 95%.Also,the reservoir damage ratio is only 19.3%and the rheological property is so well.The modified drilling fluid has been used in east oil field under balanced drilling,which drills the complex formation successfully,and the completed well have very high output.It also can guide the following under balanced drilling fluid optimization in the coming days.
