新型气体钻井安保放气远程控制系统的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对气体钻井现场施工中,注气设备的放气管线出口需要安装到排砂坑,并采取人工放气的方式,存在安装时间长、劳动强度大、无效等停时间长等问题,通过优化气路、优选电磁阀和限位开关,设计了远程控制箱,研制了新型安保放气远程控制系统,并简化了工艺操作流程,完善了气体钻井放气工艺,实现了在中控室远程自动控制、安全环保放气,消除了停气后降尘泵倒灌排砂管现象,有效解决了地层出水误判断等问题。该技术在3口井施工中进行了现场应用,安装效率提高87.5%,降低现场劳动强度,同时降低停气造成井下复杂的几率,进一步提高了气体钻井效率。In the field of gas drilling site construction,the exits of gas injection line for gas injection equipment need to be installed to the sand drain pit,and the artificial deflation is adopted.There are many problems such as long installation time,high labor intensity,and long stopping time,etc.the remote control box is designed by optimizing the gas path,selecting the solenoid valve and limiting switch,and developing a new type of control box.It also simplifies the process of process operation,improves the gas drilling technology,realizes remote automatic control,safe and environmental release in the middle control room,eliminates the phenomenon of pouring sand pipe in the dust pump after stopping gas,and effectively solves the problems of mistaken judgment of formation water.The technology has been applied in 3 wells,the installation efficiency is increased by 87.5%,the labor intensity is reduced,and the probability of the downhole complexity is reduced,and the efficiency of gas drilling is further improved.
