摘 要:氧化铝作为一种常用的耐高温材料,因其在材料构成上的独特性能在当下已经逐渐被人们重视起来。迄今为止氧化铝已在多个领域中被充分使用,如用作绝缘材料或将其单晶独立应用等。但是在氧化铝产生过程中,伴随其出现的杂质问题一直是其产品质量中最重要的影响因素,因此近年来,对氧化铝化学元素的检测已成为一项重要课题,并引起人们广泛关注。对氧化铝的相关特性进行研究的基础上阐述了现有氧化铝化学元素的检测方法,并对其应用进行了简明分析。Alumina as a commonly used high temperature resistant material,because of its unique properties in the material composition has been gradually taken seriously.So far,alumina has been widely used in many fields,such as insulation materials or independent application of its single crystal.However,in the process of alumina production,the problems associated with the appearance of impurities have been the most important factors in the quality of its products.Therefore,in recent years,the detection of the chemical elements of alumina has become an important subject and has attracted wide attention.On the basis of the study of the related characteristics of alumina,this paper expounds the detection methods of the existing alumina chemical elements,and gives a brief analysis of the application of[1].
