摘　　要：新疆中泰国信节能环保有限公司在进行粉棉机除尘时,由于粉棉机厂房除尘设备简单,仅有两台轴流风机,作业过程中棉尘大,不能满足职业健康标准(小于1mg/m3),因此在磨粉机厂房原有设备基础上,新增一条从粉棉机厂房到磨粉厂房轴流风机入口管线,并在粉棉机上方增加一个收尘罩。本改造设计的方法、工艺简单,充分利用原有设备有效降低粉棉机厂房棉尘浓度,保护劳动者的职业健康。in Xinjiang Thailand letter energy conservation and environmental protection Co.,Ltd.,when the dust collector of the powder cotton machine is carried out,because the dust removal equipment of the powdery cotton mill is simple,only two axial flow fans can not meet the occupational health standard(less than 1mg/m)during the operation process.This paper will add a new article on the basis of the original equipment of the mill factory building.The flour mill plant goes to the axial fan inlet line of the mill and adds a dust hood over the cotton mill.The method and process are simple,and make full use of the original equipment to effectively reduce the concentration of cotton dust in the workshop and protect the occupational health of workers.
