国产拉曼分析仪在PX装置中的应用

摘　　要：拉曼光谱分析仪的检测原理以及工程应用实践证明其能够精确地测量出对二甲苯(PX)装置中混合二甲苯中的各组分数据。国产化拉曼光谱分析仪经过在某PX装置中成品线、吸附塔循环回路上长时间的在线运行、比对人工分析化验数据、更新优化光谱定量模型,目前各项性能指标都能够满足PX装置的技术要求。对某在建国产化PX装置中采用国产化拉曼光谱分析仪的实时在线分析系统提出设计方案。Raman spectrometer as its measuring principle and experiences on engineering application has been defined to be in capacity of detecting components data of mixed xylene in PX plant.Chinese domestic Raman spectrometer runs after long-term on one PX plant adsorption separation unit product line,circulate line and feed line,comparison with daily manual analysis data,updated and optimized spectral model,at present all the performance have met technical requirements for new construct PX plant.In this paper the author has proposed design plan of real time online analysis system for PX plant with domestic Raman spectrometer.
