摘 要:氯碱工艺中离子膜电解槽内液相的返混程度在一定程度上反应了电解工艺的反应情况,以往研究表明,适当地提高液相返混程度,有利于电解工艺的发生。因此,可以利用电解槽流体混相程度来分析电解槽性能情况,通过实验分析液相和气相流量对混相程度的影响。实验结果表明,液相流量是影响电解槽流体返混程度的主要因素,且实验分析得到,最佳峰值为流量为2.5m L/min左右。实验结果可为电解槽优化提供理论依据。The reacting degree of liquid phase in the ion membrane electrolyzer in the chlor alkali process reacts the reaction of the electrolysis process.The previous study shows that the proper improvement of the liquid phase backmixing is beneficial to the occurrence of the electrolysis process.Therefore,the performance of electrolyzer can be analyzed by the degree of fluid mixing in the electrolyzer.The effect of liquid phase and gas flow rate on the degree of miscibility can be analyzed by experiments.The experimental results show that the liquid flow is the main factor affecting the degree of flow back mixing of the electrolyzer,and the optimum peak is about 2.5ml/min flow rate.The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of electrolyzer.
