摘　　要：安全生产管理是企业管理的主要内容之一,尤其反映在化工企业中。如果在日常生产工作中,没有做好安全生产管理,则其安全生产中暴发出问题的可能性会不断增加,不仅会影响生产,甚至会造成安全事故。随着现代企业生产速度的不断加快,安全生产管理的重要性不断凸显,这造成现代企业设备管理成为了一门的学问,且发展速度非常快。企业在实际的经营过程中,应该根据企业的需要,选择合适的安全生产管理模式,只有这场才能为企业的长期发展,打下一个较好的基础。safety production management is one of the main contents of enterprise management,especially in chemical enterprises.If the safety production management is not done well in the daily production work,the possibility of the problem in its safety production will increase continuously,which will not only affect production,but also cause safety accidents.With the rapid development of modern enterprise production speed,the importance of safety production management is becoming more and more important,which has caused the modern enterprise equipment management to become a knowledge,and the speed of development is very fast.[1]in the actual operation of the enterprise,we should choose the appropriate mode of safety production management according to the actual needs of the enterprise.Only this can lay a good foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.
