摘  要:在膜生物反应器(MBR)引入超声波以探讨其对低温污水处理的强化效果与作用机理,结果显示超声辐照可提高COD去除率,且辐照时间为20min、功率密度为0.27W/L时效果最佳。机理研究表明超声波辐照可增强微生物的细胞膜通透性并提高脱氢酶活性,从而提高有机物的降解效果。Ultrasound was introduced into membrane bioreactor(MBR)to investigate its enhancement effect and mechanism of low temperature sewage treatment.The results showed that ultrasonic irradiation could increase COD removal rate,and the irradiation time was 20 min and the power density was 0.27W./L is the best.Mechanism studies have shown that ultrasonic irradiation can enhance the cell membrane permeability of microorganisms and increase the activity of dehydrogenase,thereby increasing the degradation of organic matter.
