摘　　要：中国公共管理学是一个伴随改革开放伟大脚步成长起来的特殊学科,改革开放是该学科恢复与重建的强大催化剂和动力;中国公共管理学经过40年发展,已在学科建构、知识增长与应用、人才培养等方面的成就卓著,但问题与挑战不少;新时代我国的改革开放和现代化建设尤其是国家治理现代化亟待公共管理的创新研究,而"中国特色、世界一流"则是我国公共管理学科未来发展的目标和方向。Developing along with China’s reform and opening-up,Chinese public administration is a special discipline whose reestablishment is catalyzed and driven by it.In the past 40 years,Chinese public administration has made great achievements in discipline-building,theoretical development,application and talents cultivation,but still faces a lot of problems and challenges.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,both China’s reform and opening-up and its modernization(especially the modernization of China’s state governance),calls for original research in public administration.“Chinese characteristics”and“first class in the world”are the objectives and directions for the development of Chinese public administration in the future.
