摘　　要：在职培训是现代教育的重要组成部分,是提高职业素养的必由之路。侦查类在职培训的架构要兼顾各方面的素质需求,为公安机关提供侦查应用型、技能型的实用人才。其课程根据一线实战要求去设置,改变传统以课堂为中心的教学组织模式,使课堂教学与实战实训有效结合,单位人员数量内通过人员素质的改变提高工作效率。The in-service training is an important component of modern education and the only way to improve professional quality.The structure of in-service training for investigation should give consideration to all aspects of quality requirements and provide public security organs with practical and skilled personnel.The curriculum of in-service training for investigation is set up according to the actual requirements of the front line,changing the traditional classroom-centered teaching organization mode,making an effective combination of classroom teaching and practical training,and improving work efficiency by changing the quality of personnel within the number of employees.
