某燃煤电厂脱硝催化剂运行事故诊断及性能评估

摘　　要：针对某电厂选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂外观颜色异常发黑现象,利用X射线衍射、可燃物含量测定和浸出溶液离子色谱(IC)分析等方法对发黑催化剂样品进行了检测诊断,催化剂颜色发黑为携带黑色飞灰的硫酸氢铵沉积所致,其与此次停机过程中脱硝系统入口烟气温度低于最低连续喷氨温度(MOT)较多有关。在中试试验台上进行的催化剂性能评估结果表明,脱硝效率、氨逃逸、SO_2/SO_3转化率等关键参数仍可满足其化学寿命期内的性能要求,催化剂运行温度升高至设计温度时催化性能可恢复,催化剂可继续使用。结合本事故案例及催化剂硫酸氢铵中毒机理,提出了低负荷下催化剂的运行管理建议。该催化剂运行事故的诊断方法及结论可为同类问题的分析、解决提供借鉴。Aiming at solving the problem of abnormal black appearance of SCR denitrification catalyst in a power plant,the black catalyst samples were detected and diagnosed by X-ray diffraction,combustible content determination and leaching solution IC analysis.The black color of catalyst was caused by the deposition of ammonium bisulfate carrying the black fly ash,which was related to the fact that the inlet flue gas temperature of the denitrification system was lower than the minimum continuous ammonia injection temperature(MOT)during the shutdown process.The results of catalyst performance evaluation on the pilot-scale bench show that,the key parameters such as denitrification efficiency,ammonia slip,SO2/SO3 conversion rate can meet the performance requirements during the chemical life cycle.The catalyst performance can be recovered and continue to be used when the operating temperature reaches the design temperature.Based on the case of this accident and the mechanism of ammonium bisulfate poisoning,the operation and management suggestions of the catalyst at low load are put forward.The diagnosis method and conclusion of the catalyst operation accident provide the reference for the analysis and solution of similar problems.
