摘 要:压铆连接是飞机装配的主要连接方式。已有限元法主要考虑铆接工艺参数、接触设置和边界条件选取等方面,对于铆接中铆钉不同位置变形时的应变率差异的影响缺乏研究。借助SHPB技术,建立了单一应变率模型和考虑应变率差异有限元仿真模型作为对比,揭示了铆接干涉量分布情况。进而分析了应变率差异原因和影响,并通过自动钻铆实验进行干涉量对比验证。结果表明,考虑应变率差异的有限元模型可以有效的提高仿真精度,为最佳干涉量的研究提供了模型基础。Rivetingis the main connection mode of Aircraft assembly.Current FE simulation method is focus on the riveting parameters,contact mode and boundary conditions,while lacking of studying on the strain rate difference of riveting deformation.With the help SHPB technology,the model which considering the strain rate difference and the same strain model were setup as contrast to discover the interference value distribution.Then the cause and consequence of strain rate difference was analyzedin in it,and the interference value is contrasted with result of experiment.The experiment result shows that the model considering strain rate difference improved the simulation accuracy efficiently,and provides model foundation in the acquiring of optimum interference.
