有限元声振耦合技术在变压器铁心噪声预估的应用

摘  要:针对变压器铁心生产企业作业现场背景噪声高,传统测试方法无法满足在线评估产品性能要求的问题,利用结构振动-声耦合技术进行干式变压器铁心辐射噪声预估方法研究。采用商业有限元软件ANSYS建立了变压器铁心模型、划分了铁心结构网格以及确定了结构-流体耦合边界条件。仿真计算得到变压器主频100Hz条件下,铁心主级平面内中间下半部分位置声压较大的结果。经与实验测试值对比分析,验证了基于有限元技术的变压器铁心噪声预估方法的有效性和可靠性。Aiming at the problem that the background noise of the transformer core production enterprise is high,the traditional test method cannot meet the requirement of evaluating the performance of the product on-line.The structure vibration-acoustic coupling method was used to study the core radiation noise of dry-type transformers.The commercial finite element software ANSYS was adopted,the transformer model was established,the mesh was divided,and the structural-fluid coupling boundary condition was established.The simulation results show that the transformer has a large sound pressure at the lower half of the main stage in the main frequency of 100Hz.The validity and reliability of the core noise estimation method based on the finite element method are verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental test.
