细支滤棒成型机的设备参数分析与改进

摘　　要：为提高细支滤棒质量稳定性,分析影响细支滤棒质量稳定的设备因素,并用11.0Y15000和8.0Y15000两种规格醋纤丝束在KDF2/AF2型滤棒成型机上进行了成型机运行速度、不同规格捕丝器、丝束开松比、螺纹辊压力及稳定辊压力对细支滤棒压降和硬度等指标稳定性的影响及优化试验。结果表明:①在丝束规格一定的情况下,成型机运行速度、不同规格捕丝器、丝束开松比、螺纹辊压力及稳定辊压力等参数对细支滤棒质量均有影响,但是成型机运行速度和捕丝器影响更为显著;②对于11.0Y15000规格的丝束,成型机运行速度以300m/min左右为宜;③对于8.0Y15000规格的丝束,KDF2/AF2型滤棒成型机捕丝器内径为17.0mm为宜;④对于8.0Y15000规格的丝束,开松比为(1.10～1.40);螺纹辊压力控制在(0.18～0.23)MPa;稳定辊压力控制在(0.06～0.10)MPa较适宜。In order to improve quality stability of fine filter rods,to study on factors affecting quality stability of fine filter rods,the effects of filter rod maker running speed and wire catcher and tow opening ratio,and pressure on threaded rolls and stabilizer rolls on the stability of pressure drop and hardness of fine filter rod were studied on KDF2/AF2 f filter rod maker by using two acetate tow items,11.0Y15000 and 8.0Y15000.The results indicated that:①for the same tow item,the filter rod maker running speed and wire catcher and tow opening ratio,and pressure on threaded rolls and stabilizer rolls were the key factors influencing quality stability of fine filter rods,but the operation speed of the filter rod maker and the influence of the wire catcher are more obvious;②for the tow item 11.0Y15000,the quality stability of fine filter rods was better when the filter rod maker running speed was about 300m/min;③for the tow item 8.0Y15000,the quality stability of fine filter rods was better when the diameter of the wire catcher of KDF2/AF2 filter rod maker was 17.0mm;④the pressure drop and hardness of fiher rod were the stablest when the speed ratio between rolls was controlled in the range of(1.10~1.40)for the tow items of 8.0Y15000 and when the pressure on threaded rolls and stabilizer rolls was controlled in the range of(0.18~0.23)MPa and(0.06~0.10)MPa,respectively.
