摘  要:针对引信碰雨导致炮弹早炸事故的发生,在机构简化和可靠性理论分析的基础上,结合引信机构防雨故障原因分析,提出了3类失效模式:防雨杆动强度失效、防雨杆共振失效、支筒提前压溃失效;并建立了相应的可靠性模型,给出求解方法。然后以典型引信机构为例,基于有限元仿真软件Abaqus提供的SPH方法,建立雨滴撞击防雨杆模型,获得了雨滴碰撞防雨杆动响应值及雨滴剩余能量值,开展了可靠性计算工作。论文工作可为引信防雨机构设计提供参考。In view of the shell early burst accident resulted from the failure of the fuze rain impact insensitization device,it is based on simplified mechanism and reliability theory,by combining with failure analysis.Then,the 3 kinds of failure modes are determined as:the rain impact insensitization device dynamic strength failure;the rain impact insensitization device resonance failure and the support tube collapse failure.And,the reliability calculation models are built.Then,based on the SPH method supported by the Abaqus,the stress values and the rest momentum of rain are obtained,the mode of the rain impact insensitization device hit by raindrop built,and the reliability calculations are made,taking a certain type of fuze mechanism as an example.The work of it can provide references on mechanism design for the fuze rain impactinsensitization device.
