摘  要:采用电泳法分别制备了铪和钛掺杂纳米金刚石的场发射阴极涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜和场发射测试仪分别对样品的微观形貌和场发射特性进行了表征.研究发现,随着金属铪粉和钛粉的掺杂,阴极涂层的均匀性逐渐变差并出现了团聚现象.场发射研究表明铪的掺入反而降低了涂层的场发射性能,钛掺杂后提高了场发射的电流密度,随着钛的逐渐增多,样品的发光亮度逐渐增强,均匀性变差,进一步表明了适量的钛掺杂纳米金刚石有利于提高场发射性能.最后,探讨了钛掺杂纳米金刚石涂层的场发射机理.In this paper,the field emission cathode coatings of Hf and Ti-doped nano-diamond were prepared by the electrophoretic method,and the morphologies and field emission characteristics of samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and field emission measurements respectively.The results indicated that the uniformity of the cathode coating became worse and agglomeration occurs with doping of metal Hf powder and Ti powder.Field emission studie showed that the incorporation of Hf-doped nano-diamond reduced the field emission characteristics of the coatings.Besides,the current density of field emission was increased after doping titanium.In addition,with the increased of titanium,the luminance of the sample increased gradually and the uniformity became worse.Therefore,the analysis results further showed that the appropriate amount of Ti-doped nano-diamond improved the field emission properties.Finally,the field emission mechanism of Ti-doped nano-diamond coating was discussed.
