摘 要:分析了安装搅拌装置的沥青储罐动态加热原理和加热过程,初步建立了梯次动态加热模型,确定了多个沥青罐的加热时序和节点,并对沥青罐加热节能技术进行了试验研究.结果表明,在保证搅拌设备连续生产的条件下,沥青罐加热的时间节点为在用罐内沥青剩余34.5%时.与传统加热工艺比较,采用梯次动态加热工艺能减少热量损失19.23%,可有效降低加热能耗.该研究对提高沥青温度均化速度、减少能量消耗和改善沥青加热质量有重要的参考意义.The heating technology in energy-saving of asphalt storage tank with mixing equipment was described and applied to certain asphalt mixing plant.The principle and process of dynamic heating were analyzed in detail.A dynamic heating model was established by comparing the structures of two kinds of asphalt tanks,the heating time and node of the asphalt tanks were determined.The results show that under the condition that the continuous production of asphalt mixture is ensured,the heating time node for adjacent asphalt tank is when asphalt remaining amount in the tank is 34.5%.The technology can effectively reduce the heating fuel consumption with 19.23%less comparing to traditional practice.This study could provide some reference for increasing the speed of asphalt’s temperature homogenization,as well as reducing energy consumption and improving the heating quality of asphalt.
