摘　　要：本文介绍了中新天津生态城可再生能源建筑应用示范城市的建设情况及太阳能光热技术和地源热泵技术两种技术形式的应用现状,结合生态城可再生能源建筑应用示范城市建设工作中逐步形成的政策、法规、技术体系等情况,探索可再生能源建筑应用示范项目的发展模式,将有效推进可再生能源建筑的快速发展。This paper introduces the construction of the demonstration city of renewable energy in SinoSingapore Tianjin Eco-City and the application status of solar thermal technology and geothermal heat pump technology.Based on policies,regulations and technical system gradually formed during the construction of renewable energy applications in the city,renewable energy construction demonstration project development model is explored,which will then effectively promote the rapid development of renewable energy buildings.
