摘 要:选区激光熔化(SLM)技术成形件尺寸精度高、成形面粗糙度低,能够实现由粉末到零件的自由、快速制造,特别适合成形具有复杂结构的随形冷却水路的模具。利用选区激光熔化(SLM)技术对S136模具钢粉末进行不同激光功率和扫描速度组合下的单道扫描试验,分析归类了熔道形貌特征,并对熔道宽度的成形稳定度下最优工艺、激光功率和扫描速度对熔道宽度的影响规律进行研究,从中分析较优工艺参数组合下熔道形貌特征产生的原因。The parts formed by laser selective melting(SLM)enjoy high precision and low roughness of forming surface.It can make free and rapid manufacturing from powder to parts.SLM is especially suitable for forming mold with complicated cooling water structure.The single channel scanning test of S136 die steel powder with SLM technology is used to carry out under different laser powers and scanning speeds.The morphology characteristics of the melt channel are classified and the optimal process is studied under the forming stability of the width of the melt channel.The influence of laser power and scanning speed on the width of the melt channel is researched.The reasons for the appearance of the weld shape characteristics under the combination of the superior process parameters are analyzed.
