摘 要:基于多体动力学理论,应用自研柔性多体动力学仿真程序,建立了压气机静叶调节机构的纯刚性以及考虑尺寸公差和运动副间隙、摇臂柔性、联动环柔性、热变形的多个多体动力学模型,并用纯刚性和考虑摇臂变形两个模型与商业软件对比,完成软件及模型校验。通过模型仿真定量研究了以上因素对可调叶片角度周向一致性和调节精度的影响及影响程度,研究结果可直接用于指导压气机静叶调节机构的设计与优化。Based on multi-body dynamics,several flexible multi-body dynamic models for an adjusting mechanism of variable stator vanes including rigid,dimensional tolerance,clearance of joint,flexible rock-ers,flexible linkage and thermal deformations models have been built through an in-house flexible multi-body dynamic program.Then the modeling approach was validated by comparing the results with a commercial software MSC/ADAMS using rigid and flexible rockers models.Furthermore,combined with fur-ther simulations,effects of the above-mentioned factors on circumferential consistency and adjustment pre-cision were quantitatively studied.Reasonably,the obtained results can be a direct guidance to design and optimize the adjusting mechanism of variable stator vanes of compressors.
