摘 要:提出了将过程模拟与HAZOP-LOPA结合新的安全分析方法,即HAZOP-LOPASIMU。利用HYSYS过程模拟软件对HAZOP-LOPA分析的危险事故场景进行偏差定量化分析,实现了HAZOP偏差定量化与事故后果定量化的集成,有效解决了半定量化的HAZOP-LOPA分析中计算参数经验化所致的分析结果可靠性不足的局限性。使安全分析结果精准性、可靠性进一步提高。将该方法应用于某企业天然气凝液脱轻质组分过程,对该工艺中脱丙烷塔再沸器液位偏高这一偏差进行详细探究,所得结果表明:HAZOP-LOPA-SIMU分析方法可靠,结果准确。A new safety analysis method named H AZOP-LOP A-SIMU are proposed.By using process simulation software of HYSYS,the quantified dangerous accident scene of HAZOP-LOPA are analysed.To realize the integration of HAZOP deviation quantification and accident consequence quantification,we effectively solve the problems such as empirical calculation parameters and lack of reliability results in the semi quantitative HAZOP-LOPA analysis,thus the accuracy and reliability of security analysis results are further improved.This method is applied to a progress of taking off lightweight components in the natural gas condensate in an enterprise,the deviation of high level of liquid level in depropaniser reboiler is studied in detail.The results show that the analysis method of HAZOP-LOPA-SIMU is reliability,and the results are accurate.
