心理护理联合舒适护理在改善血液透析患者负情绪及提高护理满意度的临床作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理联合舒适护理在改善血液透析患者负情绪及提高护理满意度的临床作用。方法:选取本院血透中心2016年6月-2017年12月收治的160例血液透析患者。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各80例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予心理护理联合舒适护理。比较两组干预前后的心理状态、自我管理行为、生活质量、舒适度、满意度以及并发症。结果:干预前,两组SDS评分、SAS评分、自我管理行为评分、生活质量评分、舒适度评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于干预前,且研究组均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组各项自我管理行为评分、生活质量评分、舒适度评分均高于干预前,且研究组均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理联合舒适护理可显著改善血液透析患者心理状态、提高自我管理行为能力、舒适度以及护理满意度,降低并发症的发生、提高生活质量,让患者回归家庭、回归社会。To explore the clinical effects of psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing in improving negative emotions and improving nursing satisfaction in hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of160hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from June2016to December2017were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,80cases in each groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while study group was given psychological nursing combined with comfortable nursing on this basis.The psychological status,self-management behavior,quality of life,comfort,satisfaction and complications before and after intervention between two groups were compared.Result:Before intervention,the SDS score,SAS score,self-management behavior score,quality of life score and comfort score of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in two groups were lower than those of before intervention,and the study group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of selfmanagement behavior,quality of life and comfort of two groups were higher than those of before intervention,and the study group were all higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing combined with comfortable nursing can significantly improve the psychological status of hemodialysis patients,improve self-management ability,comfort,and nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life,and let the patients return to the family and return to the society
