摘 要:目的:探讨思维导图在产科出院宣教中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1-6月在本院产科分娩的出院产妇84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各42例。对照组进行常规出院宣教,研究组在此基础上运用思维导图进行干预,比较两组产妇对出院宣教的效果评价、护理满意度以及干预前后的生活质量。结果:经思维导图干预后,研究组对出院宣教的了解率为92.9%,明显高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=6.547,P<0.05)。出院随访1周后,研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=8.571,P<0.05)。思维导图干预前两组各项生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组各项生活质量评分较干预前均明显提高,且研究组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将思维导图应用于出院宣教过程中,可使宣教内容简单明了、层次分明,便于产妇出院后行母婴自我护理,还可增强产妇对出院相关知识的掌握,提升患者护理满意度以及改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。To explore the application effect of mind mapping in obstetric discharge education.Method:A total of84discharged parturients in obstetrical delivery of our hospital from January to June2017were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,42cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge education,the study group was intervened with mind mapping on this basis.The effect evaluation,nursing satisfaction degree and qualityof life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention of mindmapping,the understanding rate of the study group was92.9%,which was significantly higher than71.4%of thecontrol group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.547,P<0.05).After follow-up1week,thenursing satisfaction degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.571,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention of mind mapping(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of mind mapping in the discharge education process can make the education content simple and clear,and it is convenient for parturients to take maternal and infant self-care after discharge,also can enhance maternal knowledge of discharge,improve patients’satisfaction with nursing and improve their quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
