摘　　要：目的:探讨自制骨盆交叉带治疗孕产妇耻骨联合分离的临床效果。方法:选取2014年5月-2017年5月本院孕产妇耻骨联合分离者100例,均采用自制骨盆交叉带(国家专利号201420795412.4)进行治疗。治疗3个月,进行疗效评价。结果:经治疗,完全治愈率为71.0%(71/100),基本治愈率为21.0%(21/100),有效率为8.0%(8/100),无效为0。结论:自制骨盆交叉带治疗孕产妇耻骨联合效果满意,值得临床推广应用。To explore the clinical effect of the self-made crossing pelvic belt in treatment of pubic symphysis separation in pregnant and postpartum women.Method:A total of100pregnant and postpartum women with the separation of pubic symphysis in our hospital from May2014to May2017were selected,they were treated by self-made crossing pelvic belt(national patent number:201420795412.4).After treatment3months,the curative effect was evaluated.Result:After treatment,the complete cure rate was71.0%(71/100),the basic cure rate was21.0%(21/100),the effective rate was8.0%(8/100),and the ineffective rate was0.Conclusion:The crossing pelvic belt is effective in treatment of pubic symphysis separation in pregnant and postpartum women,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice
