经尿道等离子电切联合羟喜树碱膀胱灌注化疗治疗女性腺性膀胱炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道等离子电切联合羟喜树碱膀胱灌注化疗治疗女性腺性膀胱炎的效果。方法:选取2011年6月-2017年1月本院收治女性腺性膀胱炎患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取经尿道等离子电切术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采取羟喜树碱膀胱灌注化疗治疗,比较两组治疗前后尿动力学水平、复发情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组最大尿流率、平均尿流率与治疗前比较明显升高,最大尿道压明显降低;且治疗组最大尿流率、平均尿流率均明显高于对照组,最大尿道压明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.007,P=0.045)。术后随访1年,治疗组复发率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.706,P=0.030)。结论:经尿道等离子电切联合羟喜树碱膀胱灌注化疗治疗腺性膀胱炎可明显改善患者尿动力学水平、临床症状,提高疗效,降低复发率。To investigate the effect of transurethral plasma resection combined with bladder infusion chemotherapy of Hydroxycamptothecin in treatment of female cystitis glandularis.Method:A total of60cases of female cystitis glandularis treated in our hospital from June2011to January2017were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,30cases in each group.The control group was treated with transurethral plasma resection,the treatment group was treated with bladder infusion chemotherapy of Hydroxycamptothecin on the basis of the control group,the urinary dynamics level before and after treatment,recurrence and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the maximum urinary flow rate and mean urinary flow rate in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the maximum urethral pressure was significantly decreased;and the maximum urinary flow rate and mean urinary flow rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the maximum urethral pressure was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%,which was significantly higher than70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.007,P=0.045).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was3.33%,which was significantly lower than26.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.706,P=0.030).Conclusion:Transurethral plasma resection combined with bladder infusion chemotherapy of Hydroxycamptothecin in treatment of cystitis glandularis can significantly improve urinary dynamics level and clinical symptoms,increase the efficacy and decrease recurrence rate.
