摘　　要：目的:探讨自体脂肪源性干细胞在面部年轻化抗皱治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年5月-2017年5月在本院接受面部年轻化抗皱治疗的患者66例,按照治疗方法分为观察组(采用自体脂肪源干细胞治疗)与参考组(采用常规除皱治疗),各33例。比较两组治疗前后的面部老化皱纹评分、皮肤改善幅度、术后并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组面部皱纹评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于参考组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VISIA皮肤测试结果均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善幅度明显大于参考组(P<0.05);两组术后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自体脂肪源性干细胞在面部年轻化抗皱治疗中应用可达到理想效果,且并发症发生率低,具有显著推广价值。To investigate the effect of autologous adipose-derived stem cells on facial rejuvenation and anti-wrinkle treatment.Method:A total of66patients with facial rejuvenation and anti-wrin kle treatment in our hospital from May2015to May2017in our hospital were selected.According to the treatment method,they were divided into observation group(treated with autologous adipose-derived stem cells)and reference group(treated with conventional rhytidectomy),33cases in each group.The facial wrinkle score and skin improvement before and after treatment,and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of facial wrinkles in two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and observation group were lower than that of reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the results of VISIA skin test were improved in both groups,and the improvement extent in observation group was significantly greater than that of reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of autologous adipose-derived stem cells in facial rejuvenation and anti-wrinkle treatment can achieve ideal results,and the incidence of complications is low,which has significant promotion value.
