血清可溶性ST2在射血分数保留心力衰竭患者中的变化及意义研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清可溶性ST2(sST2)在射血分数保留心力衰竭(HFPEF)患者中的变化及意义。方法:选取本院2016年3月-2018年3月232例心力衰竭患者为研究对象,依据患者是否具有左心室射血分数保留能力分为HFPEF组128例,射血分数下降的心力衰竭(HFREF)组104例,并以同期正常健康体检患者100例作为对照组,对比各组患者sST2、NT-proBNP水平变化及sST2与患者发生心血管事件的关系。结果:HFPEF组患者血清sST2、NT-proBNP水平明显低于同期HFREF组患者(P<0.05),高于同期正常组(P<0.05);随HFPEF患者心功能级别增加其sST2、NT-proBNP水平增加(P<0.05)。结论:HFPEF患者sST2、NT-proBNP水平明显低于HFREF患者但高于正常患者,sST2而且对心力衰竭的严重程度具有评估作用,但敏感度不如NT-proBNP。To investigate the changes and significance of serum soluble ST2(sST2)in patientswith ejection fraction retention heart failure(HFPEF).Method:A total of232patients with heart failure fromMarch2016to March2018in our hospital were selected as study subjects.Based on whether the patients had leftventricular ejection fraction retention ability,they were divided into HFPEF group of128patients and HFREF group of104patients with decreased ejection fraction.100healthy patients in the same period were selected as the control group.The changes of sST2and NT-proBNP levels and the relationship between sST2and cardiovascular events in the patients were compared.Result:The serum levels of sST2and NT-proBNP in the FPEF group were significantly lower than those in the HFREF group(P<0.05),which was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The level of sST2and NT-proBNP increased with the increase of cardiac function in patients with HFPEF(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of sST2and NT-pro-BNP in patients with HFPEF were significantly lower than those in patients with HFREF but higher than normal patients.sST2has an assessment of the severity of heart failure but less sensitive than NT-pro-BNP.
