中西医结合护理对髋关节置换术疼痛干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合护理对髋关节置换术后患者减轻疼痛的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2017年1-12月收治的128例髋关节置换术患者临床资料。按照护理方法不同分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+中西医结合护理),各64例。比较两组疼痛程度、患者满意度、焦虑情况、肌力评分、术后并发症情况。结果:术后1周,观察组Ⅰ级疼痛例数多于对照组,Ⅲ级疼痛例数少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,术后焦虑阳性率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,观察组5级肌力患者多于对照组,1级肌力患者少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科髋关节置换术后患者实施中西医结合护理干预,可以有效缓解疼痛程度,提高患者满意度,临床价值较高。To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in relieving pain after artificial hip replacement.Method:The clinical data of128cases of hip replacement treated in our hospital from January to December2017were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing+integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing),64cases in each group.The pain degree,patient satisfaction,anxiety,muscle strength score and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result:After operation1week,the number of gradeⅠpain in observation group was more than that of control group,the number of gradeⅢpain was less than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing in observation group was higher than that of control group,the positive rate of anxiety after operation and the incidence of complications were all lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation1month,the number of grade5muscle strength in observation group were more than that of control group,and the number of grade1muscle strength were less than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients after hip replacement can effectively alleviate the degree of pain and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is high clinical value
