膨胀土改良剂配方试验研究

摘　　要：基于单一改良剂试验,得到膨胀土改良剂配方取值范围。利用二分法优化正交试验,针对多组改良剂进行不同掺入量组合,并进行液塑限、自由膨胀、标准吸湿含水率的试验。结果表明:多改良剂的组合配方能有效对膨胀土进行改良,并能有效节约改良剂用量。通过数值分析得出了塑性指数削减率、自由膨胀率削减率、标准吸湿含水率削减率这3个指标与生石灰掺量、粉煤灰掺量、煤渣掺量、中粗砂掺量、温度、时间的计算公式。试验结果表明,塑性指数削减率指标的误差小于8%,自由膨胀率削减率指标的误差小于5%,标准吸湿含水率削减率指标的误差小于9%。Based on the experimental study on expansive soil,the formula range of expansive soil amendment was obtained by single modifier test.On the basis of orthogonal experiments of dichotomy optimization,the liquid limit and plastic limit,free expansion and standard moisture absorption test were studied in combination with a group of amendments.The empirical formulas were developed and the plasticity index change rate,reduction rate of standard absorption moisture change rate and free expansion rate were used as the dependent variables.The content of lime,fly ash,cinder content,sand content,temperature and time were used as independent variables.The results showed that the deviation of the plasticity index change rate was less than8%and the deviation of the free expansion index change rate was less than5%.The deviation of the moisture content of standard absorption change rate was less than9%.
