摘  要:为研究X形方钢管节点平面内的抗弯性能,对2支直焊节点试件及4支采用内隔板加劲的节点试件进行了拟静力试验研究。试验中主管竖直放置,荷载直接施加在主管的端部;支管水平放置且端部与支座用销拴连接。试验中大部分节点试件表现为支管与主管焊缝处的主管表面撕裂破坏,但其中2支β=0.56的加劲节点试件表现为焊缝处的支管断裂破坏。设置内隔板可显著提升X形节点的平面内抗弯能力,β较小试件的峰值弯矩提高幅值都超过56%;β较大试件的峰值弯矩提高幅值更为明显,在99%~180%;同时,加劲X形节点的支管转动受到明显的抑制,节点的抗弯能力得到显著提高。To investigate the bending property of the SHS X-joints,quasi-static test was conducted on two groups of unreinforced and four inner diaphragm stiffened specimens.The load was directly applied on the end of the vertically placed chord.The brace was horizontally placed and the ends were connected with the support pin.Most of the joints in the test indicated the tearing of the chord surface in the intersection of the chord and the brace,while two of the stiffened specimens withβof0.56indicated the fracture of the brace at the weld.The stiffening joints of the inner diaphragm significantly improved the bending resistance of the joint,and the increase of the peak moment of specimen with low confinement factorβwas more than56%.The increase of the peak moment of specimen with high confinement factorβwas more obvious,which was between99%and180%.Meanwhile,the brace rotation of the stiffened X-joints was obviously suppressed,and the bending ability of the joint was remarkably improved.
