摘 要:本文中提出了一种基于蒸发温度的除霜判定方法,定义了有效风量系数作为该方法的评判依据,并通过实验对比验证了该方法对结霜程度预测的有效性。在各结霜工况下该方法所预测的除霜起始时刻与定义的合适除霜起始时刻的平均相对误差仅为7.2%,相对误差范围为0^-15%。在允许蒸发器表面部分结霜的前提下使用该除霜判定方法,可有效控制结霜范围,在延长供冷时间的同时保证了空调系统的稳定运行。A new defrosting determination method for automobile air-conditioning based on evaporating temperature is proposed and the effective coefficient of mass flow is defined as the judgment criterion of this method.By contrast experiments,its validation on predicting frosting degree is verified.Results show that the average relative error between defrosting start time determined by this method and appropriate defrosting start time defined is only 7.2%,with a relative error range of 0^-15%.On the premise of allowing frosting on part of the evaporator surface,the new defrosting determination method can control the frosting range effectively;hence extend the cooling time while ensuring the stable operation of the air-conditioning system.
