摘 要:以废弃的盐酸酸洗废液和硅酸钠为原料制备出聚硅酸氯化铁(PFSC)。讨论了铁硅摩尔比、熟化时间对高岭土沉降率的影响,表明铁硅比为1.2,熟化时间为6 h的PFSC絮凝性能最好。结果表明,当PFSC投加量600 mg/L,处理p H值为8.4的黑臭水,对COD和浊度的去除率达到了59.1%和92.5%,效果最佳。Polysilicate ferric chloride(PFSC)was prepared from waste hydrochloric acid pickling waste liquor and sodium silicate as raw materials.The influence of iron-silicon molar ratio(iron-silicon ratio)and aging time on the settling rate of Kaolin was discussed.It was found that the flocculation performance of PFSC was the best when the ratio of iron to silicon was 1.2 and the curing time was 6 h.The results showed that when the amount of PFSC added was 600 mg/L and the pH value of black and odorous water was 8.4,the removal rate of COD and turbidity reached 59.1%and 92.5%,and the effect was the best.
